Mountain Valley has two skeet fields with brand new Laporte 185 skeet machines and has regularly scheduled Registered Skeet Tournaments held each year. These events will usually be four guns and doubles. Land has been cleared in preparation of a third Skeet field, as finances permit. Monthly match fee is $5.00 for non-members, $4.00 for members first round and $3.00 for each additional round. Everyone is invited to shoot these matches. Shot Shells are available at the Skeet range for $5 / box.

Registered Skeet Shoot

     MVSA will be holding a Registered Skeet Shoot on TBA., with practice starting at 8:00 a.m. This will be a 12 and 20 gauge event with lunch and refreshments available at the range. The shoot will start with the 12 gauge event. Remember, you will have to be a member of both the National Skeet Shooting and Arkansas Skeet Shooting Associations to participate in this match.

Summer Trap/Skeet League

    This year we are changing our league to Thursday's, starting at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until finished. Our first shoot will be June 16th and run through August 18th. This will give us a total of 10 shoots. We have enough shooters this year to set up teams. This will be done on a random basis. As in past years, you can shoot ahead or make up for missed dates.
